Our 1-2-1 sessions are aimed for intermediate to advanced producers who need some help getting their tracks sounding to the best they possibly can.
You will essentially bring your track to the studio and spend 3 hours with one of our producers and watching them get your track to that next level whilst having them on hand to ask questions and explain the processes involved.
Check out our producers and find out which one matches your style of music. Our producers are highly experienced in most genres and can replicate any sound that you want to create.
I have been an event promoter for years and always wanted to learn how to produce music. After attending the Beginners course at Studio 808 I decided to take things further and sign up for a 1-2-1 with Paul.
Im really happy with how the session went and learned a new approach on structuring my tracks which has really improved my workflow.
Id highly recommend anyone to take a class with Paul!Chelsey Chase
What to expect during the session
- Our producer will listen to you track and take notes on the good and bad points, which will then be discussed and agreed upon so both you and our producer are on the same page with the direction to go in.
- If you are attending the session you can ask questions and gain some knowledge whilst your track is being brought to life.
- The session lasts 3 hours in which time the producer will get straight to work and by the end of the session you will have something that will sound professional and ready to be played in the clubs.
- If you dont have an initial idea already for us to work from we can start some ideas from scratch and see where our journey takes us. This is a great opportunity to watch how professionals work and get tracks made from a blank canvas.
Roll foward a few years of building Studio 808 and taking a step back from producing Paul trained in mixing and mastering and professional vocal production as he set up Studio 808 and turned it into the outfit it is today. As well as becoming more advanced with his sound his taste music also developed as the years passed Paul started to become heavily influenced in Drum & bass and House music.
2018 had been a turning point for Paul which has seen him have a feature track on Turno’s award winning album ‘Power’ and getting track support from Ray Keith, Skankandbass, DJ Friction, Foreign Concept, Phaction, Scar + many more.
Paul further impressed when he put out a free download track out called ‘Talking’ which was heavily played by many top DJs and events around the world including Boomtown & Hospitality in the Park and also radio stations such as BBC Radio 1 & Rinse FM.
His first release under alias Hadley is his solo release on Skankandbass marks his first real debut into the Drum & Bass scene and is now working on new music, always trying to be different and creating a fresh sound for his next projects. Expect lots of new music from him in the near future.
Known as in the Drum & Bass scene as ‘Hadley’ and also goes by the name ‘No Manners’ in the House Music scene.
Inspired by music at a young age listening to a wide spectrum of genres Paul was quickly hooked on trying to producer different kinds of music and start trying to develop himself as a producer.
After years of trial and error, and change of music taste he found himself making Grime music, working with other artists and getting air play on Kiss FM’s Logan Sama show.

Working with various different vocalist like Coppa, Jenny Jones and Deuce and Charger, Kritix manages to find the balance between making filthy dancefloor numbers equally as well as music that hits you emotionally.
To add to the list of labels Kritix has also had releases on Renegade Hardware and True Bass with some other huge labels already in the pipeline for 2019.
From the tender age of 14 Kritix has been infatuated with Drum and Bass. Starting out djing vinyl and building his collection and knowledge of the scene, he dug into the early stages of DNB and the deep-rooted culture. Promoting various events around his local area made him realise he needed to be bringing something to the table in order to progress further.
This led him into the never-ending world of production whereby he would develop his skills and craft as an artist and start to make a name for himself on the circuit. After a few early releases under a different alias, Kritix was picked up by Mayan Audio, a label on the cusp of their own launch. A handful of successful releases later and Kritix was playing gigs all over the south of England and Europe including Portugal, Germany and Czech Republic!
